Had such a lovely experience at Madrass Flavours! 🌸 The dosas were absolutely delicious — authentic, fresh and full of flavour. Definitely some of the best dosas we’ve had!

The staff were also so friendly, welcoming and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Madrass Flavours if you’re looking for authentic South Indian food. ❤️

Tried the breakfast buffet at Madras Flavors, Leicester, which was £6.99 per person. The buffet includes sambar, idli, two types of chutney, kesari bath, upma and tea. They also prepare plain dosa and masala dosa on request, and these are included in the buffet as well.

Overall, I’d say it was a decent experience and £6.99 is a reasonable deal for the variety you get. However, I felt the food could definitely use more flavour. The sambar in particular was just okay and didn’t really stand out.

The staff were very polite and welcoming, and the service deserves a solid 5/5. That definitely added to the overall experience.

Parking is a bit of an issue as there isn’t a dedicated parking facility nearby, but you can find parking in the surrounding area and walk over.

Overall, a decent South Indian breakfast buffet at a good price. With a little more flavour and seasoning, this could be much better. Would consider trying it again.

Wonderful place to visit 😊 I heard good things about this place and I thought I would give it a try. I can say that the food was excellent and the service was good too. The prices are very reasonable and considering the amount of food you get the buffet well worth the price. I came out stuff and I will definitely be coming back here. Dont take my word for it come and try it for yourself.

I’m currently visiting the UK for a short trip from India, and one thing I really wanted to try was Indian food here. As someone who has grown up with these flavours, I was curious to see how authentic it would be and I was genuinely impressed.
The ambience was warm, welcoming, and comfortable, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.

I tried quite a few dishes like Dal Makhani, garlic chilli naan, Dosa Chips, Gobi 65, Chilli Paneer, Kama Idli, Mushroom Masala Dosa , masala chai, and filter coffee. While everything was delicious, the Dal Makhani with garlic naan was undoubtedly the highlight for me. The Dal Makhani was rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced in flavour, and the garlic chilli naan was soft, fresh, and the perfect accompaniment. It’s a combination I would happily order again.

I also loved the Mushroom Masala Dosa which was packed with flavour, and the Kaima Idli and Dosa chips was something unique and definitely worth trying. The masala chai and filter coffee were the perfect way to end the meal,
bringing back memories of home.

One thing that really stood out was the hospitality. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we walked in.

If you’re looking for authentic Indian vegetarian food in the UK, I highly recommend giving this place a try. The food, ambience, and warm hospitality made it a memorable experience, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the UK.

Absolutely loved Madras Flavours! The food was authentic, super tasty, and served hot and fresh. Every dish was full of flavour and clearly made with care. The restaurant was also very clean, including the toilets which were spotless. Great experience overall — highly recommend if you’re looking for proper Indian food!

Me and my son had nice ghee roast,filter coffee..food was so delicious .the staff was so good...The manager treated well.the ambiance is so excellent with tamil songs...we enjoyed a lot..
